Dads Matter – Cultivating Future Fathers is the call to action at the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and Project Friendship, Inc., (501c3) Fatherhood Initiative and Mentoring Historical Black College and University (HBCU) Youth Leadership Conference Series.

The free youth conference will be held on December 7, 2019 at Clark Atlanta University Cornelius Henderson Student Center, from 10:00 am to 4:00pm.  Male youth sixth (6th) through twelfth (12th) grades and their nonresident and single parents will receive life skills tools that will inspire young men to be productive citizens today and positive future fathers.

Parental sessions on the challenges of developing male youth with subject matter experts and family advocate professionals will be held to enlighten parents on community and law enforcement relations, child support, mediation, and parental rights.

Regions Bank will also present financial education sessions with talent acquisition opportunities for professionals and internships for college juniors and sophomores.

The Omega HBCU Youth Conference 2019-2020 Series is being held on college campuses nationwide designed to inspire male youth college attendance and sustain higher education growth.
